It’s nice having a humidifier to provide relief from the dry winters

There are a handful of absolutes that I can count on dealing with every frosty season.

No matter what, I can expect up to a foot of snow on the ground from the beginning of the season until the end.

We also tend to get uneven temperatures below zero degrees many days throughout the frosty season, often for weeks or more or at a time. That means I have to constantly wear adequately sizzling clothing, which includes a relatively thick Winter time coat & heavy duty snow boots. One of the other environmental absolutes that coincides with this style of weather is dryness. As the temperature goes down, so do the humidity levels. It’s not unheard of to get moisture levels far below 10%. When moisture levels can be far above 69% while in the warmer parts of the year, the excessive Winter time dryness can be extremely uncomfortable. You start to get cracks in the skin on your hands & in your lips. I suffered for numerous years before someone cued me into utilizing a humidifier. All it does is take a small tank of purified water & releases the water into the air as vapor. Before you realize it, you can get the moisture levels to rise by considerable amounts. I don’t actually believe I would function while in the Winter time season without having a humidifier constantly within my grasp. My partner feels pretty much the same as I do, we both hate having lips so chapped that nothing short of prescription chapstick will repair them. Best of all, humidifiers are relatively cheap & use entirely little electricity while they operate around the clock. They’re a must have for me while in our intense Winter time seasons.
