We are planning to put a big addition onto our house in the springtime, and my husband thinks that he wants to put in an air purification system at that time as well.

I guess it’s just one of those things that you don’t really have to do, so unless you have lots of extra money around, you just wait on it. Now that we’re doing this addition, though, it’s a different story. We found out that we are going to have to add additional ventilation ducts in order to get the heating and cooling system to reach into the new addition to the house. When we found out this information from the HVAC contractor who was working with our carpenter, we decided that it would be the perfect time to add an air purification system to our HVAC system too. I’m really excited about the addition, since we have really been needing some extra space for our kids to spread out. Now that they are getting older, they take up more room and so does all of their stuff! Hopefully the new whole home air purification system will improve the indoor air quality in our house and we will all be able to really enjoy the new addition when it’s finished. According to our contractor, the job should be finished right around the time the temperatures start heating up outside this summer.
