I had the most awesome thing happen to me on my birthday last year! It started off as a really bad day when I awoke to find my central heating and air conditioning system had broke down.

Anyway, the independent HVAC repair man arrived and was able to figure out what went wrong with my central heating and air conditioning system pretty fast. Just in passing I mentioned that it was my birthday and that I called for emergency HVAC repair service because I was having a little get together. He smiled at me and said that he was going to give me a birthday gift. I was a little confused. And then he told me that he would only charge me for the trip over there and not charge me for the emergency service! I could not believe it! He said that his workflow had been pretty good lately, and since this was not too much of a complicated repair, he would be a good guy and gave me a break!
