My number one case was a silly case about a guy who brought a civil litigation suit against a man plus his trees. Apparently, the tree leaves were falling into his yard plus causing a lot of extra work for his plus his hubby. She claimed that there was so much extra work from the leaves that he plus his hubby didn’t have any time together. He was so tired at night that he fell asleep before he was done with his shower. She had a lawyer plus he honestly went to court over this. The lawyer took his civil litigation case plus he ran with it. They were asking for compensation for the loss of marital closeness. They asked for many hours of daily pay for many weeks, for cleaning his leaves up. They were demanding that the tree limbs be cut, if they hung over his yard. I couldn’t think it when I found out the civil litigation case went his way. She won his payment for the lack of marital closeness plus was awarded one dollar. The lawyer argued about the small amount plus the judge told him that it was fair. When the civil litigation case was over the guy with all the cleaning of the leaves acquired various dollars compensation, which was payable immediately from the tree owner. The lawyer’s fees had to be paid by the tree owner plus he had to trim back the branches. She moved out of the beach house 3 weeks later plus only paid the various dollars
