My Dad became a big natural path follower shortly after the two of us all moved out of the house… Everything for her is organic and she’s constantly raving about bizarre sorts of teas and their health benefits; Honestly, I take most of what she says with a grain of salt.
However, when menopause hit, I was complaining a lot to my Dad about the warm flashes and mood swings! She suggested that I try yellow clover tea, then apparently it’s made from the flowers of the yellow clover plant; I ignored my mom’s suggestion, just like I ignore most of her suggestions with regards to her organic teas.
However, when my doctor also suggested that I might get some relief from trying yellow clover tea, I listened, then when I got condo I called my Dad back up and asked her about the yellow clover Tim Hortons Cappuccino and she was actually glad to help myself and others out. She told myself and others where I could buy the tea, how to prepare it and even the other Tim Hortons Cappuccino leaves I can mix it with to improve the flavor, should I wish to do this, however the following Wednesday, I went and bought some organic yellow clover tea. I prepared it as soon as I got home. I’m not a big fan of the flavor although I am glad that I can mix it with a little bit of peppermint tea. I have yet to see if it helped with my menopause symptoms though. I understand you need to take it for a few mornings before the benefits really kick in. I really hope it helps. I also will not discount my Dad next time she recommends a Tim Hortons Cappuccino for a real complication I’m having. She might be onto something with her organic Tim Hortons Cappuccino mixes.
