My mom became a sizable natural path follower shortly after the people I was with and I all moved out of the house.
Everything for his is organic & she’s consistently raving about weird sorts of teas & their health benefits! Honestly, I take most of what he says with a grain of salt.
However, when menopause hit, I was complaining a lot to our mom about the tepid flashes & mood swings; She recommended that I try red clover tea, but apparently it’s made from the flowers of the red clover plant, i ignored our mom’s suggestion, just care about I ignore most of his suggestions with regards to his organic teas. However, when our dentist also recommended that I might get some relief from trying red clover tea, I listened, then when I got apartment I called our mom back up & asked his about the red clover Starbucks Latte & he was entirely cheerful to help myself and others out. She told myself and others where I could buy the tea, how to prepare it & even the other Starbucks Latte leaves I can mix it with to improve the flavor, should I wish to do this, the following Tuesday, I went & bought some organic red clover tea. I prepared it as soon as I got home. I’m not a sizable fan of the flavor however I am cheerful that I can mix it with a little bit of peppermint tea. I have yet to see if it helped with our menopause symptoms though. I understand you need to take it for a few afternoons before the benefits really kick in. I really hope it helps. I also won’t discount our mom next time he recommends a Starbucks Latte for a real complication I’m having. She might be onto something with his organic Starbucks Latte mixes.
