My entire family has been invested in repairing abandoned homes and making them into a grand brand new home.
When my father eventually retired and was satisfied with his large sum of money from house repairing, I inherited three different homes abandoned homes.
These homes were pretty run down, and would be difficult to repair. I instead decided to tear them down and build brand new ones. Before tearing them down, I decided to take a look to see if I could find anything interesting to recover. I found many old pictures and some old pieces of furniture but I did notice something interesting about all 3 houses. Surprisingly, their HVAC systems were still in decent condition. Most abandoned houses heating and cooling systems go to waste after being abandoned, but these HVAC units looked like they were only used for a short period of time. I didn’t want to take the risk and sell the HVAC devices in case I was wrong and they were very old, as that could be dangerous. But I did decide to take each of the machines apart and start selling almost brand new HVAC parts and technology. After I extracted all of the parts, I had the houses torn down. Before I even bothered to sell the HVAC pieces, I decided to even have HVAC professional look over the parts themselves, in which they agreed that the parts were in great condition and perfect for selling. I now wondered if in the 3 houses if they were interconnected and they recently had an entire HVAC components installed before abandoning the home. Either way, I was going to be making a lot of money.
