My dad was an absolutely relaxed guy.

That doesn’t mean that he wasn’t intense because he really was. No, he just had a way of taking things in stride. He was never a knee jerk reactor. Dad always processed things and just rolled with it. He raised me and my siblings to be the same way. I have a neighbor who is the complete polar opposite of what I have just described. I don’t know think this woman has ever relaxed by her A/C system a day in her life. This woman is fueled by turmoil, fear plus drama. I avoid her at all costs. However, there is always at least a couple of times per month where she corners me. I know she just lays in wait for me to come to the beach apartment and then walks up my driveway. I swear some people just live to complain. I had to clean out my garage so I left it open. Anyway, she caught me the other morning plus was her normal crazy self. Her problem that morning was that the federal government will be banning a dangerous HVAC refrigerant in 2020. How she is just reading about this amazes me. I knew this many years ago. The HVAC supplier told me because my ancient HVAC unit used this R 22 refrigerant. They recommended that I consider replacing my ancient unit sooner rather than later. And I did. Well, my neighbor felt as if the government was intruding in her life and was going insane. Normally, I would be at least polite plus listen for a few hours. Not that morning because I simply walked to my front door with her in tow. Perhaps she thought I would invite her in but, I just walked in and shut the door.
