I have so a huge amount of overall respect for our partner who is consistently such a hard worker, however she is a real estate agent as well as she goes hard trying to sell these types of homes, one of the homes she has been trying to sell lately though sounds next to impossible, and i truly belive for her when it comes to things like this because she has been now working on it for weeks.
She says that everything in the home is pretty nice overall, it’s just that the Heating as well as A/C plan is ancient. She said that she tried to convince the homeowners to just fix up their Heating as well as A/C plan so that they would be able to sell their home with far less problems. They never want to go through the hassle though as well as they didn’t seem to understand that upgrading the Heating as well as A/C would provide the home more value on top of that. Oh lord, I assume that some men and women don’t understand how to take nice advice. I was telling our partner that when she eventually sells that property, she should not work with people prefer that in the future who can’t take nice advice. If I were trying to sell our home, I would listen to the real estate agent who has plenty of experience with selling homes out on the market. If the real estate agent said to upgrade the Heating as well as A/C, I would be asking what version of Heating as well as A/C plan I should go for! I hear that a lot of people like radiant heated floors, I might actually go for something prefer that! It’s sad, I just don’t know how she can deal with people prefer that, but I guess that’s how most jobs go
