I have a high amount of respect for our spouse who is always such a taxing worker; She works as a real estate agent and she goes taxing trying to sell these homes, however one of the homes she has been trying to sell lately though sounds next to impossible, however I certainly feel for her with this one because she has been working on it for months.
- She says that everything in the house is pretty nice for the most part, it’s just that the Heating and Air Conditioning plan is ancient.
She told me that she tried to convince the homeowners to just update their Heating and Air Conditioning system so that they would be able to sell their house easier; They were not in the mood to go through the hassle though and they didn’t seem to understand that upgrading the Heating and Air Conditioning would give the house more value for an added bonus. Oh well, I assume some people don’t guess how to take nice advice. I was telling our spouse that when she eventually sells that property, she should not work with people like that in the future who can’t take nice advice. If I were trying to sell my home, I would end up listening to the real estate agent who has plenty of experience with selling homes on the market. If the real estate agent said to update the Heating and Air Conditioning, I would be asking exactly what style of Heating and Air Conditioning plan I should go for! I hear that a lot of people appreciate radiant radiant floors, I might certainly go for something like that! It’s sad, I just don’t have any clue how she can deal with people like that, but I assume that’s how most tasks go.
