I found a home that I like, but it doesn’t have a/c.
It is so hard for me to decide whether or not to buy this home of my dreams or not simply because it does not have a/c.
I love a/c, as well as I don’t know if I could live without it. One of my friends proposed that I buy the home as well as add central a/c later on. I know that I will never do that though. The home is already a bit over budget for me, as well as there is no way that I would be able to save up to get central a/c installed in the home anytime soon. It would absolutely be five years before I would be able to afford to get central a/c installed in that house. I just don’t know if I can wait five years to have a/c… Another one of my friends proposed that I just use window a/c units. I am considering that option, even though I am not sure if window a/c units will be able to cool the home down particularly well. The living room is huge, as well as it has particularly high ceilings. I just don’t suppose that a window a/c unit will be able to keep that living room cool let alone the rest of the house. I could use a few window a/c units, but that will be a bit pricey. I am just not sure what to do. I love the home so much, but I am not sure if I can live without central a/c.
