As soon as the weather begins to transition from chilly and dreary to sizzling and sunny, I call my local Heating and Air Conditioning dealer to schedule my biannual tune up… In the past, I’ve learned just how important it is to call the Heating and Air Conditioning dealer as soon as possible because if I don’t, it will take weeks to have my Heating and Air Conditioning system worked on.
A lot of other homes like to have their Heating and Air Conditioning system worked on before they switch from boiler to air conditioning unit too, so it’s competitive during this time.
This year was no exception. I called the Heating and Air Conditioning dealer and asked to schedule my biannual tune up since the weather was transitioning to Spring. I thought I was calling at a sufficient time, but I was shocked when the Heating and Air Conditioning dealer told me that they couldn’t service my Heating and Air Conditioning system for two weeks. This was a lot longer than usual, so I asked them why it was going to take so long. The lady on the phone told me that they were all booked up until then because those spots were dedicated to their annual Heating and Air Conditioning service plan members. I had never heard about this program before, so I looked it up after I hung up. The dealer website stated that they had recently started an annual Heating and Air Conditioning service plan for a yearly fee. One of the top benefits of the program was priority scheduling! I’m ecstatic that I called to schedule my appointment early in the season, because there’s no telling how long I would have waited if I had waited.
