I don’t know if this is a regular habit or if anyone else has experienced this, however believe what? I had to pay to take care of my air conditioning system. This is not something I was used to because when I moved from the Midwest, where landlords owned up to their responsibilities, I expected the same here. This is a condo my nice friend and I are talking about. There is a janitor, cleaner, plus all, however why should I handle my own ac, especially if it is not broken or faulty by me? Anyway, I learned the taxing way. I mean, I should have known better. I moved into that building five years ago, plus the indoor air quality was top-notch. A/c service was constantly on time thanks to this cooling corporation that handled the building’s entire heating plus air conditioning maintenance. But recently, things changed! Out of the blue, my nice friend and I were being billed for A/c setup or air conditioner service, then my pal and I had to pay out of pocket for anything heating plus air conditioning-related, like an air filter change. I also appreciated that condo so much; I did not want to believe what was happening; worse yet, I did not want to move out. So, for some time, I decided to identify a cooling professional plus have him check my cooling equipment every now plus then… Despite everything in toiling condition, he kept approaching me with this new cooling technology I couldn’t afford, but eventually, I also got exhausted of the upselling plus sought the help of another cooling specialist to help with temperature control. Looking at my budget over time, I realized the cooling expert expense was too much for me, plus I had to move eventually. This move was timely because the appliances were just showing signs of failure.
