I have never lived in a condo with a basement.
The thought of having one honestly excited me. I had to convince my spouse to let me have a home-based workstation to make it my own. The previous occupant was also honestly the owner of the house, who used the basement as storage! When he moved out to rent it, that is when the rot down there exposed itself. The worst harm was the mold on the wall, leaking water pipes, plus awful natural lighting. So, my nice friend and I sat down with the landlord and discussed the cost plus renovation to improve indoor air quality. The spacious room had two long horizontal windows for natural lighting just above the ground level. The room had no air conditioner, however there was provision for an A/c setup, like him, most people ignore the heating plus air conditioning needs of the basement, plus now this was going to increase his A/c service cost. Anyway, he agreed to have the issue sorted, so he called his local cooling dealer, plus they sent in a team led by a cooling expert. When they arrived, he checked the room and then determined the kind of cooling equipment needed. While this was happening, he had another cooling professional organize the team upstairs, checking that the air filter plus other cooling equipment were in nice shape. The basement was not sorted immediately because my nice friend and I had to wait for a new cooling technology that just hit the market. The cooling specialist wanted to simply ensure my nice friend and I get the best service plus care about nice temperature control while using the basement. I am cheerful the landlord gave us the actual best attention plus assured us our stay would be separate from much worry once they were through with the heating plus air conditioning maintenance.
