Having my own little spot in my condo has absolutely turned my attitude around.
I have my partner to thank for calling me out about how I was feeling so sorry for myself.
And I have the Heating plus Air Conditioning professionals & a bizarre residential Heating plus Air Conditioning method to thank for comfort in my new spot. Really, it was all about being fair with myself, I think. I just wasn’t absolutely feeling the cherish from my family or those inside the zone controlled Heating plus Air Conditioning of the office. That feeling of being taken for granted & not appreciated is a pretty universal feeling. I know all of us at one point or another have come to feel under appreciated. That said, I wasn’t doing anything about it however being a sullen jerk to those inside the central a/c of my home. And I wasn’t so pleasant to deal with inside the commercial Heating plus Air Conditioning of the office either. Again, I’m grateful that my partner planned a bit of a long weekend for just the two of us. Our three daughters went with their Grandfatherrents for the long weekend & my partner & I just stayed home. But it was so nice to just prefer each other’s contractor. That’s also when I finally just unburdened myself about how I was feeling. I’m absolutely happy I did because just saying it outloud helped take the air out of my puffed up hurt feelings. From there, my friend and I figured out that having a space of my own might absolutely be helpful. I like to meditate, study & be mindful. So my friend and I had a ductless heat pump installed in the basement & I made myself a mediation room by putting up a few basic walls. It’s worked out great.
