I recently started a current task! I was genuinely happy to start because I thought it was going to be our dream task, and however, after being with our current corporation for about a month, I realized that it’s not exactly what I thought it was going to be.
I do like the toil that I am djoing, however the environment that I am working in is not great.
Everyday I come into the office and it is cold cold. I am irritated at our desk and I even have to lay on our hands to keep them warm. I have asked our boss if he can adjust the temperature of the thermostat, however he said that no 1 else is complaining so he isn’t going to change it. I actually thought he would be more accommodating to our request to adjust the thermostat, however since he wasn’t I asked if I could bring in a mini space heating system to put on our desk; My boss told myself and others that bringing in a mini space heating system would be tearing the fire code and was not allowed. I was starting to get actually annoyed with our boss because the office is so chilly that I can’t be productive. I guess like the a/c is always running even though it is Winter time time and all of us certainly need to hot up the space. I am even starting to guess about quitting because I don’t want to have to deal with these heating and cooling complications anymore!
