The fan was sufficient to keep me cool

It’s been three months since my air conditioner stopped working, and at first, I had no idea what to do.

When I first moved out, I was unsure if I could survive without my air conditioner.

If I didn’t have air conditioning, how could I possibly keep my house comfortable? Where I live is not the kind of place where you can simply ditch your air conditioner in the summer. Due to the extreme heat of the desert where I currently reside, regular maintenance on my air conditioner is an absolute necessity. But the air conditioning was old and it finally gave out under the pressure of the sweltering room. At first, I was extremely worried because the temperatures inside can rise to dangerously high levels very quickly due to the building’s poor insulation. But when I called a local heating expert and he gave me an estimate for the cost of a replacement, I knew I wasn’t willing to spend that much. I took a chance and did it without air conditioning, it wasn’t as bad as I had anticipated. The local heating and air conditioning store was very helpful, and I ended up purchasing two window air conditioners from them. At one point, the temperature in the room reached dangerously high, at which point I turned on both of the room’s window air conditioners and opened two unusual windows to full blast. Surprisingly, it worked, and I was able to maintain a comfortable temperature in my bedroom for the duration of my experiment. Even though it wasn’t as comfortable as having a central air conditioner, it also wasn’t as pricey.
