Ibrahim has his work out for him today with cleaning the dwelling and feeding the cats for sure. Actually it is going to be an easy Sunday for him because yesterday he played a ton of ball on the beach and today his body is in need of some rest and TLC. He will do his work online for the next two hours and then meet his buddy and chill on a quiet beach in the afternoon. Ibrahim needs to get in the cold sea soon to help soothe his sore knees and wake him up. Cooling and then heating the knees is a wonderful way to help heal muscle and ligament pain, and the cold sea is fantastic for doing the first part of that therapy. He will take it easy today and just rest in the sand with his buddy while they chat about life and whatnot. His heating supplier friend is going to want to play music later, but Ibrahim’s shoulders are pretty weary and he needs to get them better for tomorrow when he works on a large commercial Heating, Ventilation and A/C system during the day with a large group of workers from the local business. Ibrahim knows it is going to take them most of the morning tomorrow to get this system running again, and he needs to have a wonderful strong body so that he can do his part in helping them get it done. This week will be a busy one at the Heating, Ventilation and A/C supplier as they are gearing up for Summer and a/c sales.
