It’s pretty simple really, then the fact that I’ve resisted prepping my home for the winter season is more about my laziness than anything else, and but things have changed a bit over the last couple of years. These mornings, I’m not spending so much time inside the central air conditioner of our dining room watching TV. When I think about it, I’m sort of stunned by the hours and hours I wasted just flipping channels. But thanks to getting stuck working from home in my own air conditioner during the pandemic, I made some lifestyle variations, but I’m fairly amazed by the fact that variations in diet and exercise have spilled over to the rest of our life. The fact that we are warm, cozy and saving money on heating costs this winter season is a direct result of changing my lifestyle. Since I wasn’t just sitting inside watching television this fall, it seemed perfectly reasonable to go to the heating and air conditioning business website for winter season prep. The heating and air conditioning professionals absolutely made it straight-forward with a checklist for sealing up the home nice and tight. All it took was a few hours over a couple of weekends to complete the heating and air conditioning checklist. And we are genuinely better off for it. Additionally, I’m going to keep this narrow seal on my home to bring down the air conditioner costs this summer as well, but I’m already thinking ahead as I’ve called to schedule the air conditioner tune up for mid May. I know I’ll be home because it will be college basketball time. I’ve changed our habits but I’ll still be enjoying watching college basketball while the heating and air conditioning specialist does his thing with the heat pump.
