I guess we unintentionally saved the best for last when it came to the renovations on our home.
But upgrading the HVAC equipment was the fitting finish to all the renovations we’ve done on our home.
My wife and I have been homeowners now for almost three years. And we started the home renovations nearly the day that we got the keys to this place. But frankly, it was the only way we could afford this house. This is actually an amazing structure that just needed a whole lot of work. But it’s also the size house that we can easily raise a family in. However, it really did take a whole lot of effort to turn what was it rundown house into our home. The house was sold to us and very much in “as is” condition. It was part of an estate sale and we got it for half of what it was really probably worth due to the condition it was in. We started the renovations with things that made the house livable. We were lucky to have HVAC equipment that was old but still effective. So we decided to focus on the other things first as we didn’t have an enormous budget. Most of the work my wife and I were able to do. It’s amazing what you can find online when it comes to instructional videos. But we also had to bring in professionals like electricians, plumbers and HVAC professionals. The HVAC contractor we used was just outstanding and he really listened to us when it came to our heating and cooling needs. We now have the sort of residential HVAC that we actually dreamed of. And it comes with all the latest HVAC technology as well.
