The roofing expert replaced the foam insulation

When my wife and I were looking at houses, one place in particular stood out.

The house had four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a large full garage with room for two cars and a workshop.

The place seemed perfect for the two of us, even if it was a little bit over our budget. It wasn’t much over the budget so I caved in and we placed an offer on the house. Our offer was accepted immediately. The realtor said that the buyer wanted to sell within 60 days if possible. The first thing I wanted to do was have a home inspection. I hired a contractor that I have used in the past. The guy did a home inspection a couple of days later. One thing that he noticed was that the foam insulation needed to be replaced under the roof. The insulation helps keep warm air in the house and cold air out. The foam insulation was going to be an expensive job and the inspector suggested having the homeowner pay for the roofing contractor and all of the materials. I didn’t want the owner to back out of our deal, but I thought it was worth a try to see if he would cover the expenses. I mentioned the information that the home inspection found and the owner agreed to pay for the roofing contractor. He even agreed to let us choose whatever roofing contractor we wanted. We picked a company that we have used in the past as well. The roofing contractor replaced all of the foam insulation in the attic and the basement.
