A staffing contractor is a complicated supplier model, so it’s best to hire a lawyer to supply the best guidance when it comes to employees plus the laws. Aside from hiring a lawyer for initial counsel, it made sense to keep that lawyer on retainer because chances are, I would need counsel for other employee matters.
