Instead I got a lesson in how the Heating plus A/C is essential when it comes to having enjoyable air quality, but my doctor helped myself and others understand that what was going on with myself and others was a direct result of the bad air quality in my home; Her recommendation was to call the Heating plus A/C supplier as soon as I got home. She said to schedule HVAC duct cleaning and HVAC duct resealing as soon as I possibly could. And once that was done she advocated that I update the cheap air filters for the Heating plus A/C with a HEPA filter. These are the only air filters that particularly work to disinfect the air, and when I got home, I shared what I l acquired with my spouse and she was equally amazed. So the two of us got the HVAC duct cleaning and the HVAC duct resealing done. This made an enormous difference as did the HEPA filter.
