It seemed to me that I was never going to get there when it came to saving for a home.

I saved for a new loft for what seemed to be forever. I came to a realization that I had to consider other options; Even a two-dining room loft that needed tasks was still out of my league, so, I decided that maybe there was another way to approach beachside loft ownership. I just wanted to have my own Heating as well as A/C unit as well as be responsible for all the possessions in my house! But having quality heating as well as cooling unit was so important. However, I wasn’t quite willing to completely go broke just so I could own a loft that was already broken down. Turns out, the answer for me was a tiny house. The money I saved was enough to purchase a few acres as well as get a small loan to build a tiny home. At first, I wasn’t sure that I would be able to live in such a small space, but yet, the more I researched this idea, the more I fell in love with the idea. So that is why I am now. And I have fantastic heating as well as cooling all thanks to a ductless heat pump which provides fantastic quality heating as well as air. It’s just so sweet to own my own venue as well as be responsible for my own stuff instead of renting! Plus, I live way out in the countryside with fresh air as well as no neighbors. That sure beats having neighbors on all sides when I was in the apartment.
