I am pretty glad with our experience at our modern apartment.
I have lived in quite a few apartments, & I have had pretty terrible experiences before, & so I am quite glad to be in a locale that is nice.
One of our favorite parts about this locale is easily the a/c. I have had problems in the past with a/cs in apartments. Sporadically they try to supply you the worst a/c possible & I try to avoid locales like that as much as possible. But this locale has a window a/c. Now when it comes to window a/cs I don’t have the best opinion of them, however this time I have got to admit, the window Heating, Ventilation, & A/C is easily pretty nice. And whenever I do have an issue, our property owner is quick to fix it, which I like a lot. Not that long ago I easily had an issue with the window Heating, Ventilation, & A/C unit. I came house to find it leaking, & creating a puddle on our floor. This was absolutely strange, & I had never seen a Heating, Ventilation, & A/C device leak before. I called & reported the issue to our property owner, & he told me he would send a Heating, Ventilation, & A/C specialist out to maintenance the issue. I was out most of the rest of the day, & when I came back, I noticed that the a/c device had already been taken care of, which was nice. I barely had to deal with the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C issue, & that is why I absolutely like this locale.
