I am pretty enthusiastic with my experience at my new apartment.
I have lived in quite a few apartments, plus I have had pretty awful experiences before, plus so I am quite enthusiastic to be in a locale that is nice.
One of my favorite parts about this locale is really the a/c. I have had troubles in the past with a/cs in apartments. Sometimes they try to give you the worst air conditioning possible plus I try to avoid locales savor that as much as possible. But this locale has a window air conditioning. Now when it comes to window a/cs I don’t have the best opinion of them, but this time I have got to admit, the window Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C is really pretty nice. And whenever I do have an issue, my proprietor is quick to repair it, which I love a lot. Not that long ago I really had an issue with the window Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C unit. I came house to find it leaking, plus creating a puddle on my floor. This was very strange, plus I had never seen a Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C equipment leak before. I called plus reported the issue to my proprietor, plus he told me he would send a Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C specialist out to repair the issue. I was out most of the rest of the day, plus when I came back, I noticed that the a/c device had already been taken care of, which was nice. I barely had to deal with the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C issue, plus that is why I absolutely savor this locale.
