I am pretty happy with my experience at my current apartment.
I have lived in quite a few apartments, and I have had pretty bad experiences before, and so I am quite happy to be in a place that is nice.
One of my favorite parts about this place is actually the air conditioning. I have had issues in the past with air conditioners in apartments. Sometimes they try to give you the worst A/C possible and I try to avoid places like that as much as possible. But this place has a window A/C. Now when it comes to window air conditioners I don’t have the best opinion of them, but this time I have got to admit, the window HVAC is actually pretty nice. And whenever I do have an issue, my landlord is quick to fix it, which I appreciate a lot. Not that long ago I actually had an issue with the window HVAC unit. I came home to find it leaking, and creating a puddle on my floor. This was very strange, and I had never seen a HVAC machine leak before. I called and reported the issue to my landlord, and he told me he would send a HVAC specialist out to repair the issue. I was out most of the rest of the day, and when I came back, I noticed that the air conditioning device had already been taken care of, which was nice. I barely had to deal with the HVAC issue, and that is why I really like this place.
