Customer is not happy

Most of our oil furnace repair appointments are busy on Tuesdays as well as Mondays. My boss does not schedule repair appointments on Tuesday, because the people I was with and I are truly stressed with weekend calls. We don’t offer Emergency Services unless it is a commercial client, on Tuesday morning, I left the oil furnace repair shop with 6 tasks busy for the morning. The first task was a routine oil furnace repair appointment, however from the notes on the customer call sheet, I assumed that the Furnace needed a current control unit. I met with the customer, fixed the issue, as well as was out the door in less than an hour. My next task was a oil furnace tune-up. The task was only 12 miles away from our first appointment, so it only took a short time to arrive. I tried to call customer to let them guess I was on the way… No one answered the phone, so I left a voicemail. When I pulled into the driveway, I did not see any other cars. I walked up to the door as well as knocked loudly multiple times. No one came to the door as well as I did not hear any noise coming from inside of the house. I went back to the truck as well as called our boss, but he tried to call the customer as well, however the people I was with and I did not get any answer. I left a note on the door as well as left to go to our next task. Later that morning, the customer called to tell us that she thought the appointment was busy for Monday. That is one of the most frequent complications the people I was with and I have, when clients schedule a tune-up in advance.
