The home association where the two of us live is absolutely great.
Whenever the two of us first started living here, I thought that I was going to don’t like it.
I absolutely don’t like it when people try to tell me what to do and so I thought that I was gonna have a big concern with the home association around here.I have heard that they are absolutely strict about things like how tall your mailbox is and how short you chop your grass and things like that. In our opinion, the two of us still live in a free country and if I want to have a tall mailbox after that I will have it! Anyway, when the two of us moved in here, I assumed that it was going to be a lot worse than it genuinely has been. It’s genuinely entirely stress free living around here. One of the best parts about living in this home association is the fact that I don’t ever have to worry about our heating and cooling plan ever again. I hated it when the two of us used to live in our own home and I was in charge of all of the repairs. Our outdated oil furnace would tear up all the time and it seemed like I was consistently on the cellphone with our Heating, Ventilation and A/C business. Last Summer when the two of us lived in our other house, our central air conditioner plan tore up and the two of us ended up spending a fortune on air conditioner service bills. Not only that, though, although I also had to spend a lot of time that Summer waiting around for Heating, Ventilation and A/C servicemans to let them in and out of the house. The whole thing was just aggravating. Now that the two of us live in the home association, they take care of everything! If the two of us ever have trouble with our Heating, Ventilation and A/C system, the two of us just call the hotline and they send someone right over to take care of the problem.
