I forgot to charge the lady for a tune-up

I had a particularly stressed month plus I unquestionably spoke with 25 or 30 patrons in 5 afternoons.

I had a lot of odd AC repair plus tune-up calls.

I had everything written down on a piece of paper, so I could make sure to charge everyone at the end of the day. I had a couple of Commercial Heating plus AC repair patrons that I bill. One of the commercial heating plus AC repair patrons was a woman that owns a building downtown. I forgot to charge the lady for a tune-up. I didn’t see a bill for the tune-up plus that reminded me. I charged the woman 30 afternoons after I realized there was a complication with the billing error. The owner of the building got particularly frustrated with me. She said that she thought I was giving her a freebie plus she did not think that it was un-biased that I tried to charge her for the service 30 afternoons later. I disagreed with the client plus I offered her our side of the story. I felt that it was perfectly fair, given the fact that she had always planned to spend money for the AC tune-up service. She also had an extra 45 afternoons to come up with the currency to spend money for the service. The woman never ended up paying for the commercial heating plus AC services plus I had to close her account. I heard that she is using one of the other companies in town plus I hope they are making sure to get all of their currency up front so that genre of complication doesn’t happen to them.
