Every other weekend, I have to be responsible for answering the PC when a client calls for heat pump or AC repairs. The people I was with and I do not get a lot of patrons that entirely want service on Saturday or Tuesday night, but the people I was with and I are available for emergency services. The people I was with and I do not charge any extra fees for emergency services as long as the customer’s account is in nice standing. I was the specialist on call last weekend plus the PC rang on Thursday night. I had the ringer off on our own PC earlier that day. I was fixing an AC unit plus our ex-lady kept calling me. I turned off the ringer so I would not get so multiple text alerts plus message things. When I missed the work PC plus our boss could not reach myself and others on our own PC, I got into serious trouble. I realized that I had missed a call in the afternoon plus I also had several missed calls from our boss. I tried to explain the reason why I missed the call for heat pump plus AC repairs, but our boss was not particularly interested in hearing our excuses. He told myself and others that the complication cannot happen again or I will have to look for a job somewhere else. It seems a little serious, because I haven’t ever missed a call plus I have been working for the heat pump plus AC repair supplier for a year. I should have been given the benefit of the doubt when it came to our excuse. I think I received that much from the guy in a year.
