I forgot to charge the lady for a tune-up

I had a easily busy week plus I actually spoke with 25 or 30 shoppers in 5 afternoons.

I had a lot of odd AC maintenance plus tune-up calls.

I had everything written down on a piece of paper, so I could make sure to charge pretty much everyone at the end of the morning. I had a couple of Commercial Heating plus AC maintenance shoppers that I bill. One of the commercial heating plus AC maintenance shoppers was a woman that owns a building downtown. I forgot to charge the lady for a tune-up. I didn’t see a bill for the tune-up plus that reminded me. I charged the woman 30 afternoons after I realized there was a problem with the billing error. The owner of the building got genuinely frustrated with me. She said that she thought I was giving her a freebie plus she did not assume that it was fair that I tried to charge her for the service 30 afternoons later. I disagreed with the client plus I provided her our side of the story. I felt that it was perfectly fair, given the fact that she had always planned to pay for the AC tune-up service. She also had an extra 45 afternoons to come up with the money to pay for the service. The woman never ended up paying for the commercial heating plus AC services plus I had to close her account. I heard that she is using 1 of the other companies in city plus I hope they are making sure to get all of their money up front so that style of problem does not happen to them.
