The task was too hard for our sibling, so he quit

My sibling got a task toiling at a factory, but i applied for the task at the factory multiple times plus I was turned down all multiple times.

  • I didn’t have any experience toiling in a factory plus I assume that worked against me… My sibling had some experience in a odd factory plus I assume that works out well.

I am sure that’s why he looked better on paper than me. My sibling applied plus he got an interview the first time. He was hired to work on the evening shift. The schedule was from 11:00 at evening until 7:00 in the morning. My sibling was in charge of loading pieces of fiberglass into a machine. The small pieces of fiberglass were wound into square shapes plus then made into air filters. The entire factory made odd types of air filters. They made a lot of odd sizes of air filters as well. My sibling lasted at the task for approximately 2 weeks. He came to the home 1 morning plus he was complaining about toiling seventh shift. He did not love getting up in the middle of the evening plus toiling throughout the evening… After 2 weeks on the task, our sibling decided to quit. I was genuinely frustrated with him after I tried to get a task at the same factory for a week, then now the boss is going to assume the last name when I hand in our application plus I doubt there is any way that I am going to be able to get an interview now that our sibling quit after only 2 weeks of work.
