When you own a small business, you particularly have to make sure that you respect all of your clients.
Each customer is an important section of your business.
My whole philosophy is to make each customer cheerful. I try to smile plus say hello plus I try to be friendly plus respectful at all times. I guess that the customer isn’tconstantly right, but that does not mean that every customer does it deserve the best service possible. A lady called myself and others for an A/C service on Friday. I told the lady that I had time at 2:00 in the afternoon, she wanted myself and others to help her earlier, however I did not have an appointment available. The lady said she would call another A/C service shop. She called myself and others back at 1:30 plus she wanted to guess if I still had an appointment available for 2:00. I was already on the other side of town, however I agreed to drive back over the bridge so I could check on her A/C unit. I was prepared to help the lady with any problem that she had. When I arrived, I found out that the issue was with a window A/C unit. I assumed that the problem was with a central A/C idea but it was a window A/C issue. I could not charge the lady particularly much money for the repair. The problem was a straight-forward fix. It looked care about 1 of her critters had chewed through the power cord. Once I fixed it up plus rewired it, the A/C unit seemed to be superb as new.
