He did not like getting up in the middle of the night and working throughout the evening
My brother got a job working at a factory. I applied for the job at the factory three times and I was turned down all three times. I didn’t have any experience working in a factory and I think that worked against me. My brother had some experience in a different factory and I think that works out well. I’m sure that’s why he looked better on paper than me. My brother applied and he got an interview the first time. He was hired to work on the night shift. The schedule was from 11:00 at night until 7:00 in the morning. My brother was in charge of loading pieces of fiberglass into a machine. The small pieces of fiberglass were wound into square shapes and then made into air filters. The entire factory made different types of air filters. They made a lot of different sizes of air filters as well. My brother lasted at the job for approximately 2 weeks. He came to the house one day and he was complaining about working third shift. He did not like getting up in the middle of the night and working throughout the evening. After 2 weeks on the job, my brother decided to quit. I was very aggravated with him after I tried to get a job at the same factory for a month. Now the boss is going to recognize the last name when I hand in my application and I doubt there is any way that I am going to be able to get an interview now that my brother quit after only 2 weeks of work.
