I l gained a lot about myself and our house during the pandemic.
This is something I try to believe in all aspects of life.
With every crisis or outright punch in the mouth that life hands me, there is always a space for studying and growth. But when all of us were sent house from inside the zone controlled Heating and Air Conditioning of the office, I had no method it would result in so much change. I so wasn’t looking forward to being cooped inside the central A/C of our house much less working remotely. I’m a people person and I enjoyed being inside that zone controlled Heating and Air Conditioning of the office. Still, I had to be so careful during Covid as I have a health condition that put myself and others a immense risk for really disappointing Covid sickness. So staying inside the Heating and Air Conditioning cooling all summer time and the heating from the heat pump in the Wintertide was necessary. The thing is though is that I’m single and so it was just myself and others banging around inside the central A/C of our home. But to protect myself and increase the strength of our immune response, I created the best indoor air quality ever inside our home. I replaced the old Heating and Air Conditioning air filter with a HEPA filter. This makes a immense difference as the HEPA filter removes more than 99 percent of the airborne contaminants from the air. But I took that a step further by adding a whole house air purification system as well. So not only did I get through the worst of it, I am healthier as a result. So there is always something to acquire from trying situations.
