It’s mid August so that means that every one of us are on the back side of heat season.
And that doesn’t hurt my feelings one bit.
I care about where I live for sure however it comes with a price. That price is paid from June through October by way of substantial time heat and humidity. Of course, I have the requisite residential Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C to help me manage this sort oh heat. Without the heat pump, I’d be in substantial trouble. Well actually, I’d be back up north where I came from. Moving down here was something I had always wanted to do since the mornings when every one of us visited the region on getaways. I mean how cool would it be to live where I getawayed? That was the thought for all those years. When I finally got the chance thanks to a transfer, I jumped at it. Of course, I didn’t come into this situation naive about the summer. Still, I legitimately have wanted to ease up on all the air conditioner for a couple of reasons. First, the utility bills in the Summer were getting out of hand due to the Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C component running nearly non stop. Secondly, I felt that all that air conditioner was allowing me to just sort of get accustomed to the heat. So I took the advice of a friend who is native to the region and I didn’t turn on the air conditioner at all til into May. It did the trick as my body was able to acweather conditions more to the heat and I just found a bit of acceptance as well. So the temperature control setting has been consistently higher all Summer and it’s made such a big difference when it came to both of my concerns.
