I l earned a lot about myself and my condo while I was in the pandemic.
This is something I try to assume in all aspects of life.
With every crisis or outright punch in the mouth that life hands me, there is always a space for studying and growth. But when every one of us were sent condo from inside the zone controlled Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C of the office, I had no idea it would result in so much change. I so wasn’t looking forward to being cooped inside the central air conditioner of my condo much less working remotely. I’m a people person and I enjoyed being inside that zone controlled Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C of the office. Still, I had to be so careful while I was in Covid as I have a health condition that put me a substantial risk for legitimately excruciating Covid sickness. So staying inside the Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C cooling all Summer and the heating from the heat pump in the Winter time was necessary. The thing is though is that I’m single and so it was just me banging around inside the central air conditioner of my home. But to protect myself and increase the strength of my immune response, I created the best indoor air conditions ever inside my home. I substituted the outdated Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C air filter with a HEPA filter. This makes a big difference as the HEPA filter removes more than 99 percent of the airborne contaminants from the air. But I took that a step further by adding a whole condo air purification idea as well. So not only did I get through the worst of it, I am healthier as a result. So there is always something to acquire from trying situations.
