Heat pump is giving us so much more than cooler air

This time of year brings both anticipation as well as a bit of exhaustion.

When you live where I do, the real test each year is from July through September when it comes to heat as well as humidity. While the two of us all have some form of residential Heating as well as Air Conditioning, it’s almost all heat pumps. And man, do the two of us ever need the heat pump during the summer. That Heating as well as Air Conditioning cooling is a crucial part of being able to navigate this sort of temperature. November is the greatest challenge I think. We’ve already been through July as well as June as well as the sizzling temperatures made more potent by all the humidity. That’s where the exhaustion sets in. We’ve still got November to get through. And it’s particularly the hottest of the several weeks of heat season. Again, without the residential Heating as well as Air Conditioning at house as well as the commercial Heating as well as Air Conditioning at the office, this site would be inhabitable at least by me. Yet there was a time when there was no such thing as residential Heating as well as Air Conditioning. My Mom grew up in a house that had a little wood stove for heating as well as zero a/c. I just can’t even fathom that. It’s not just the cooling of the house either. When the heat pump starts the Heating as well as Air Conditioning cooling process, it does so by extracting heat energy as well as exhausting it outside. That not only makes room for the cooling air to follow however it balances the humidity levels as well. So the heat pump keeps up cool as well as dry during this blazer of a summer. The humidity balance also keeps us from having to deal with the mold & mildew that the two of us otherwise would be fighting against biweekly.
