The a/c in the gym locker rooms

Ever since my workout partner started doing fitness competitions, we’ve been spending a lot of time in the locker room at the gym. It’s through this experience I’ve realized that the a/c in the locker rooms are really terrible. I don’t know if it’s a lack of air circulation, perhaps the humidity from the showers, or the placement of the air vents, however it feels moderate and humid there at all times. My acquaintance always wants to spend an extra thirty minutes after our workout taking photos, however I’d exercise more if it meant spending time in the cool a/c compared to the stuffy locker room. I absolutely assume the gym needs to invest in a dehumidifier plan or consider opening up a wall to allow the space to breathe a little bit more. It doesn’t suppose sanitary to have clothing and other items resting in a stuffy and aromay room, and a dehumidifier could absolutely help. They may also want to take a look at their air purification plan and update the filters to make sure the air is definitely being filtered through. I would not have spent so much time thinking about this if my acquaintance hadn’t taken up fitness competitions. I told his that he didn’t need to validate his self worth through those competitions, however I assume his trainer got into his head about it. She’s been dieting so intensely and laboring out so often. I only train with his once a week these days because I can’t keep up with his other vigorous workouts.
