I don’t recognize that I really understood the importance of Heating & A/C service back in the day.
That was until I had a drastic cooling plan break down when it was way too warm outside. I was having a BBQ at our beach house too and I can’t tell you how awful I felt when people were suffering at our place from the unbearable heat. I figured it was because so many people kept going in and out of our home while I had the AC plan cranked up. It was too much for the air conditioner to handle. To make things worse though, I hadn’t been keeping up with correct AC plan tune-ups and our buddies gave me a difficult time about that. The great news is that every one of us had the pool open so a lot of people were keeping cool just by going swimming. Other people who couldn’t deal with the heat and lack of AC system, they left. At least, I was able to get the AC plan repaired the following day. I was fortunate because I had some friends bring over some window AC units that helped us keep cozy through the evening without dripping with sweat too much in an warm house. The Heating & A/C professionals who came out to repair the cooling plan were super nice too. It was 1 of the Heating & A/C experts who talked me into getting an AC service plan, and I have been using the service idea for years now and have had no problems with the Heating & A/C equipment! If I would have had such a service idea the whole time, I don’t recognize I ever would have had a breakdown.
