Theoretically I could have saved up all the money I needed by not drinking, however it would have taken a few weeks of sobriety, but the bank account would have gotten pretty fat.
- I did not do that, of course, because then what else would I do for fun? Instead I decided to put all our eggs in a single basket, so to speak, and wait for our tax refund check to come in, but that would supply myself and others a few hundred extra bucks to play around with, which meant I could finally get someone to repair our broken air conditioning system.
The check is already late, and it makes myself and others believe it may never come at all, so I have started looking around for alternative cooling solutions. If I can;’t have central AC for the brutal Summer weeks, I at least need something that will take the edge off of the intense heat. The humidity and temps during the Summer are tough to handle, even with a/c, so I have to get something or I might as well move, several local stories have portable air conditioning systems for sale, but there were too several to choose from! I had to return condo and spend a few hours online trying to find the best possible air conditioning system device for our money, because there wasn’t a lot of it to spend. I found what seemed to be the best deal for the best air conditioning system unit, and so far I am content with the results. It’s not the same as central a/c, but it surely beats perspiring to death!
