The HVAC system including the ductwork was too old to use

I’m still sort of pinching myself when I pack up our stuff to head home.

For years, I would end our afternoon inside the zone controlled heating, ventilation, and A/C of our office to take the bus beach cabin to our apartment.

I have had that apartment since I first took this task and moved here after college. That apartment was about the cheapest I could find. This was no purpose so I could save as much currency as possible for a downpayment on our own house. I spent nearly 8 years with some disappointing heating and cooling in order to save up for our own stadium. But finally, I did it and I was able to buy a starter home. Speaking of getting a better heating and cooling, that was the first thing I had to address with our house. The cabin I purchased is best described as a starter home. But it was an older starter beach cabin that needed some renovation. While the bones of the cabin were great, stuff akin to the heating, ventilation, and A/C equipment was way out of date. In fact, the heating, ventilation, and A/C equipment in our beach cabin was so old that it was basically useless. Even the ductwork was worn out. So I ripped all of that stuff out first thing. The heating, ventilation, and A/C company thought I should consider a different sort of residential heating, ventilation, and A/C. The way our cabin was set up and the age of the ventilation plan meant that ductless heat pumps were the way to go. Once I found out a little bit more about the ductless multi split heating and cooling, I was happy to have it installed for our heating and cooling.
