I love when problems come with easy answers.
However, I entirely had no plan what a problem the indoor air pollen levels of my condo was until I ended up at the doctor.
Of course, when I first got sick, I was so scared that I had Covid. But thankfully, a test revealed that indeed, I just had a seasonal cold. Yet, that frosty hung on for what seemed love months. Mostly, I felt better but there were still respiratory symptoms that I was dealing with. My sinuses were blocked as well as I was coughing through the day. I figured that it was best for me to go to the doctor. What I wasn’t expecting was some Heating as well as A/C advice from my doctor but that’s just what I got. She told me that I needed to go lake condo as well as call the Heating as well as A/C business instantaneously. The doctor thought the problem was the indoor air pollen levels in my house. So I was to have the Heating as well as A/C professionals come out to do the ductwork cleaning as well as the ductwork resealing. I did that as well as I was shocked at the amount of dust as well as grime that came out of the Heating as well as A/C air ducts. Once the ductwork cleaning as well as ductwork resealing were complete, I had 1 more step. I entirely improved the indoor air pollen levels with the ductwork cleaning. But I only added to that improvement by increasing to a HEPA air filter instead of the cheap 1s I’ve used for years. I’m simply amazed by the indoor air pollen levels in my lake condo now. And those respiratory symptoms were completely gone within nights of improving the indoor air pollen levels in my house.
