For a moment, I thought I was in trouble after the HVAC installation

I sincerely thought I was in trouble after installing a ductless mini split in our condo plus it wasn’t toiling.

I mean, it was clear the power was on but the indoor units for the ductless mini split were showing some strange code that I didn’t understand. I was pretty sure I followed all the steps properly on the HVAC installation plus I thought that it was double trouble with a voided warranty plus a non-toiling HVAC system that I wouldn’t be able to return for our money back. I ended up calling our sibling to come help me out. He was the 1 who advised I go for a ductless mini split in the first locale. He told me that there was no way that I would mess up with the installation. I asked if he would help me with the installation too, but he kept telling me that I was busy. It seemed evident to me that he did not want to help plus I was wondering if I was making a sizable mistake; Fortunately, he came over to our locale to check everything to see what could be wrong. Then he asked me an important question. He asked if I opened the refrigerant lines. I felt really stupid when I realized that I absolutely did not do that, even though I recalled reading that in the instruction plus to check for refrigerant leaks. I didn’t guess how I expected the HVAC to run without the refrigerant. The line sets came with pre compressed refrigerant in the lines, but it had to be released! So I released the refrigerant plus then I carefully checked for leaks on all the affixions by spraying soapy water on the lines. There were no leaks plus when I tested the HVAC again, it worked great!
