I really enjoy it when the evening comes and things wind down a bit in my town. Sunset time can be very pretty here on the Mediterranean coast with all of the colors mother nature can dish up in the sky. It is still cool out there with the wind blowing like an air conditioner vent on high. I think we will have another two weeks of this cooler weather till it is replaced with the heat of summer. I like summer because we get a lot of tourists and I have a good central air conditioner in my flat to keep me comfortable. There is a lot of action and I have some of the most fun out there playing ball on the beach on those hot summer Spanish nights. I will be in the state for the next month braving the hot southern climate but we have great climate control there in both our cars and our big houses. Some places here have no AC and I don’t know how those people sleep in the summer with their windows open when it is 90F outside and humid. I’m spoiled and have my smart thermostat cooling my flat down like a morgue. I sleep a lot better when it is cold in my bedroom so it is worth the extra money I spend on power bills. I am going to head out in a few minutes to enjoy the colors. I think I will turn on my air conditioning as it is not quite cool enough at night to sleep well.
