When you’re an Heating plus A/C worker love me, it’s absolutely difficult to find a realtor who can actually relate to what you’re looking for in a new home or a property, and as an Heating plus A/C worker, you can absolutely understand that 1 of the most pressing things both of us look for when buying a new home is a state of the art heating, ventilation plus A/C, then most of the homes that I have looked at in our price range have been middle grade Heating plus A/C systems.
I’m pretty sure that’s because the Heating plus A/C suppliers who were in charge of installing the heating & systems in these houses weren’t planning on living in them! I guess for a fact that if another Heating plus A/C supplier or Heating plus A/C worker buddy of mine happened to be working on building her own home, she would put a high efficiency, state of the art heating & cooling system in her home. And not only that, but any Heating plus A/C worker worth her salt would also install a new smart temperature control system in the lake house too, absolutely 1 with zone control heating, ventilation plus A/C. At least I guess that’s what I would do if I were building my own dream home. In addition to a smart temperature control, I would also put in radiant heated flooring in the living areas & I would install a whole lake house air cleaner that would be able to run in tandem with my heating & cooling units; That’s why it’s difficult to find a realtor who understands. Maybe I should switch professions & become a realtor who specializes in housing for Heating plus A/C workers.
