I had a strange issue with my central heating and air conditioning unit leaking what appeared to be water! I know that usually means that the central heat and a/c unit is possibly overworking itself during very hot weather.
It has been hot and the air conditioning has been running all the time.
I need to handle this somehow because the last thing I need at this point is for the central heating and air conditioning system to breakdown and cause me discomfort and inconvenience. So I think I am going to call the local heat and a/c company and have them send out one of their best heating and air conditioning specialists to have a real good look at my central HVAC system to see why it is leaking and what needs to be done. I do not think it is freon and I believe it is actually water. This is because I went outside to check it out and I did not smell anything. This indicates that most likely it is water from being overworked. The solution to this would be in an HVAC tune up. The heating and air conditioning specialist will know exactly what to do to stop it from overworking. I had to do something like this many years ago but I honestly forget the whole process that they do. That is why I leave it up to the HVAC professionals to work things out and I pay good money for them to do it! I’ll get this taken care of right away.
