Before all of us sold our last home, I had a associate help me build a new room in the attic space. The room was enormous & I knew it would be attractive to future customers of our home. My acquaintance was asking if I wanted to have the HVAC duct extended into the room & I had to guess about that. I thought that perhaps the Heating & A/C unit was not large enough to handle the additional room in the attic space. I didn’t want the Heating & A/C method to malfunction just because it hastily had a much larger workload to deal with. So instead of extending the HVAC duct into the room, I decided to have a ductless mini break installed, which our acquaintance helped with that replacement. It really wasn’t that fancy to have a single zone ductless mini break installed, & it wasn’t even too much labor for the replacement. But it’s really nice in that room because the ductless mini break keeps it perfectly cozy all the time. It used to be severely boiling in the attic space in the summer, & brutally chilly in the Wintertide months. Now, it’s so cozy, especially because all of us insulated the attic entirely well. When all of us eventually sold the house, all of us sold it for twice as much as all of us paid for the place. Isn’t that amazing? That new room in the attic & the ductless mini break install honestly raised the value of the home for sure!
