I was really impressed when our brother was telling me about the new Heating & A/C method he had installed.
He invited our family over for lunch with his family & it was a really nice time.
My husband baked some of his famous apple cobbler & all of us brought some vanilla ice cream to go with it. That was a real large hit after all of us loved our lunch. There was so much delicious food, & I was stuffed where I couldn’t eat another bite. I even had to hold back a little bit before I had some of the apple cobbler with some ice cream. In the meantime, all of us were talking a lot about how comfortable the new Heating & A/C method was. The ductless mini break he installed really has built-in air purification which is sincerely impressive. He installed many zones throughout the home & he was telling me how challenging it was to drill through the walls, although he was able to get the job done. He said it took him a long time, although he saved a lot of money by not having to call the Heating & A/C experts. I asked him if the warranty was voided since he was not an Heating & A/C expert, & he told me that the manufacturer of the product gives the homeowner a 5 year warranty for parts & labor. He said if a professional installed it, it would be a 10 year warranty. He said he didn’t mind though because he heard these systems last a long time so long as you take usual care of them with proper Heating & A/C service.
